Subject: Will the Obama Administration BAN hunting?

Hello Sandra

This is not a joke!

The worst-case scenario for the time honored tradition of
hunting is now upon us as the Obama administration seeks

to appoint Cass Sunstein, a radical animal rights activist,
as our nation's Regulatory Czar. This could very well be a
"death blow" to hunting, according to many hunters.

If you think this is an overstatement, consider what

Sunstein wrote in 2002 in a paper titled "The Rights of
Animals: A Very Short Primer":

"We might ban hunting altogether, at least if its sole
purpose is human recreation."

Yes. These words are directly from the man who will
likely be our nation's next Regulatory Czar! (You can read
Sunstein's paper in full here.

Mr. Sunstein has also argued that animals should have the
right to sue humans in court!

And this is just the beginning.

Similar to the confirmation process of the Auto Czar and
Banking Czar, the Senate will vote on the confirmation of
Mr. Sunstein when it reconvenes in September.

Since the focus of the public is currently on the health
care debate, many fear this confirmation will be just a
matter of "process".

But there is still time for you to express your concerns
and help stop Mr. Sunstein's confirmation.

If you value our important hunting heritage, the right to
keep and bear arms, if you love the time-honored tradition
of hunting and the model of conservation in this country,
you must listen to this weekend's Alan Warren Outdoors

radio show.

My guest will be Mr. Greg Lawson, Director of

Communications of the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance.
Based out of Washington, D.C., Mr. Lawson is one of the
most knowledgeable people around when it comes to the
threat Mr. Sunstein's confirmation could pose to the rights
of every hunting enthusiast.

I implore each of you to tune in and learn more about the
radical views and opinions of Mr. Sunstein. You will not
want to believe what you hear. But it is the truth!

But most important, you will also learn what you can do to
help stop this man's confirmation.

All sportsmen and women, and indeed, all those who deeply
care for nature, for wildlife and the future of conservation
must act now. There is literally no time to waste.

Please join us for this Saturday morning's radio show.
Here's how:

You can listen to - and participate in - the program LIVE
from 5:00 to 7:00am Central Time.

You can listen online from anywhere in the world by logging
on to: www.AlanWarrenOutdoors.com. You can find local
station information on our website as well.

To join us live and express your questions or concerns,
just call toll free at 877-956-9566 during the show.

You can also express your concerns 24/7 by leaving me a
voicemail at 210-319-4351 or sending me an email at
alan@alanwarrenoutdoors.com. Your messages could very

well end up on a future show.

In closing, if this man is indeed confirmed by the U.S.
Senate, all of our efforts to introduce this important part

of our heritage to our children through the classroom with
Outdoor Education may well be for naught.

Please take action on this.

Funny you should mention that. Cornyn folded on Sunstein's confirmation and wound up supporting him without actually voting for him.

Cornyn needs to go.

Something needs to change. I wish I could be on hand at tomorrows rally in D.C. Our elected officials are not representing us any more.
