I am moving home in december after graduation and I picked up tactical shooting while away at college. Where are some ranges, or places that have tactical leagues.
Hello, new to the forum, been lurking for some time but finally decided to join.
I was at Alamo Tactical a few days ago and they told me they were in the process of building a 1000 yard range just to the east of town off IH10 toward Seguin, they plan on having 3 gun tactical matches, pistol matches, etc. in the near future as well as teaching new handgunners as wells as disabled--wheelchair accessible, and CCP classes. It will be by membership. Sounds great if they can pull it off, they did not have a time table but it sounded like it was in the works. Good luck to them! I would love to try out a 1000 yard range, especially only a few miles from my home!
Could you find out where exactly its proposed site will be, I actually live out that way in St. Hedwig. I am in the process of building a few tactical stations at my house. I want to have 8-10 stations with motion targets and the works.
