That might have been the problem. I thought with the CHL all I had to do as conceal it as in no one see it and no one could see my gun up in my truck.

Ohh ok-Yea, if it's to where the officer can see it when he walks up to the vehicle, then it's no longer concealed. The thinking is if the officer can see it-then so can anyone else who walks up on the vehicle. This is also why those steering column holsters aren't legal in Texas.

I just thought it's funny he is all worried until I told him I don't have legs. It's like he put his foot in his mouth and ran back to his car.

I know a guy who worked for me back in the 90s.
He lost a Colt Officers 1911 during a DWI stop.
he went through is lawyer to get his gun back months later. The evidence person couldn't find the gun, delayed him for 20 minutes and got on the phone with someone and when he hung up he told him the gun wasn't there and was being stored at a secondary warehouse and to come back in 3-4 hours. He did and he did get his gun back but he swears that someone had it at their house

Lol, "40 cal'd a guy", Is that a technical term?

Honestly, I hope if I ever have to use my gun I don't get asked "Why didn't you just use pepper spray or a taser?".

This thread has become a joke, and not even a good one. Tons of stories but very little actual evidence of anything. Oh, and a guy hiding behind a temple PD car with his thumbs up......

That's the new street Thugalishous slang when you're all dat and bag ah Cheetos!
