That and answering "yes" on the marijuana question because "it's legal now"...

It's just mind boggling that they had to add the added portion to that for some!

Some people operate under the assumption just because the state they live in, made it "legal" or "decriminalized" marijuana that makes if legal everywhere. The federal government has yet to remove marijuana from it's drug lists, or made it legal to possess, consume, distribute or to produce it, in any way, shape or form.
