In case ya'll missed it- Justin Utley from Tyler Texas area won this year's Presidents 100 at the National Matches at Camp Perry Ohio. That is FIRST of the top 100 rifleman in the United States! No small feat. The competition there is fierce. The Army Marksmanship Unit usually dominates this ( and they are paid to shoot!). Course of fire is 10 rds standing at 200 yds, 10 rds prone rapid at 300 yds and (2x) 600 yds prone slow. His score was 396 - 17x out of a possible 400. That's 99% for each stage! Congrats to Justin and the State of Texas for having such a fine rifleman!
