I have an ex wife who wanted the divorce and things did not go her way at all once we finally went to jury trial. I cannot imagine something like this. Unreal.

Yes sir. Child custody and property. Jury decided I should be the sole managing conservator and my ex got nothing except things that she stole during the separation. Her attorney was counting on her getting half of my 401k.

A co-worker of mine had one about 10-15 years ago. He got his ass handed to him by his ex wife's highly trained litigator. Juries tend to lean towards the woman's side even if she's a drug addict and has a history of abandonment.

My ex made several bad decisions that were found to not be in the best interest of the children which was not difficult for the jury to see. That weighed heavily.
