The second is not the only one they got wrong. Lot at the first. The use the phrase "seperation of church and state" and that Congress cannot favor one religion over another.
Indoctrination to the liberal socialist secular progressive agenda

I imagine TXI's tinfoil cap being shaped like Sherlock Holmes' hat.
Once again I bet that is more TEA or NEA 'mandated' and if you don't play their game, funding gets cut. I could be wrong.Makes no difference who wrote or published the book as the school approved it. The "school" holds the weight of responsibility.
Thanks for posting.
several years ago I transcribed the entire constitution then created hyperlinks to make it more interactive and allow me to jump more quickly to specific sections. My transcription is here... http://home.roadrunner.com/~ggeen/gov/index.html
I tried, and many may find this confusing, to strikeout portions of the constitution that were repealed thus leaving, readable, the original text but also how the new text. Tis allows me to see how it was written originally and compare it to how we changed it.

Now do I get my free tinfoil hat? size 7 1/4 dark brown got a straw hat already........heh...heh...
