    Me

    1 52, In November
    2 Late 30s
    3 Late 50s
    4 late 50s
    5 Good day 45. Bad day 65

Welps, I'm 40 for for two more days, then that changes.

Some days i still feel like I'm in my 20's or 30's - at least my mind does.

Wife would probably just say I usually "act my age"

I've had people assume I'm in my thirties, and I've had days where they peg me closer to 50. Maybe that too, depends on how much good sleep I've gotten the night before, and if I'm clean shaven or not.

There are days I feel like a broken old man in his 70s or 80s. Kind of depends on the day and the prior day's activities. The back and hip pain I've lived with for the better part of two decades has, for the last couple years, had the occasional left knee pain added to it. Other days I feel fine. I usually don't *feel* younger than 40 though. After a few good sparring rounds with youngers - usually teenagers - I really feel old because I'm usually winded a lot faster than them.
