    BLM and Antifa are the Commies who need ignorant Americans to support a strong central/federal/general government.
    I'd rather trust in the old Jeffersonian style Federalism that our Constitution is built upon. Not a Lincolnion/Hamiltonian-Nationalist top-down system that ends up with agents on my door step and neighbors calling me an enimy of the state.
    And people like you spouting your anti-fed nonsense are just the other side of the coin IMO.

    Radical extremism from the right side of aisle is just as radical extremism from the left side.

    Yuk it up. But it doesn't have to be this way. We can be free.

    Forgive my lack of enthusiasm, but I have little faith in someone so quick to abandon their own nation and eat up the propaganda of the left. Doubt that person will do well starting a new one.

    With weakness like that, you will never be free. (And who knows what your definition of freedom really is)

    Texas is my nation (in every sense of the word).
    What leftist propaganda? Independence? Freedom from a large, far away, central government? If that's leftist, then where do I get my arm band?

    Nah, you know you use every bit of anti American propaganda from the left to push your own beliefs. Same crap, different goal.

    I’m sure the leftists appreciate your efforts the weaken the US. Y’all make a good team.

    You should really just stop. You are doing nothing but making a bigger fool out of yourself on this topic. Also won't be hard for the Mods to make the argument you are simply doing anything but trolling this thread and the forum and give them the reason they need to ban you from the site.

    Spouting right-wing radical extremism serves no useful purpose for anyone, and in the eyes and opinions of most, makes you no better than the BLM or ANTIFA groups. Just the opposite end of the spectrum.

    But keep on preaching brother! We can use the humor!

    Alright. I'll give up.
    Just remember that my only point was that if you want a large central government, then you get what comes with it: Jackboots on your doorstep. Don't complain when they knock on your door.

    You start with a false pretense and fail from there.

    Some of us still believe in the Constitution, America, and what they represent to us.

    Sadly, you speak of the Constitution, but with many of your posts, you really don't have a clue what it means, or represents.

    Just out of curiosity, how many jack-boots have been on your doorstep this week? This month? Or this year? How many have knocked on your door?

    I dunno. I can empathize with some of the points.

    I see the US as a whole (not every part of it, granted) moving away from the Constitution. Heading toward a liberal/leftist socialist state at some point, unless things get turned around. A "benevolent dictatorship" run by the liberal elites. Anyone who can't see this is in denial or ignorant of current events. Government overreach abounding. Biden blatantly thumbing his nose at SCOTUS. Etc., ad nauseam.

    In the tradition of Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson, my allegiances are - God, family, Texas (Virginia in their case), country. If the leftist takeover continues and the Constitution is abandoned or gutted (as the leftists want), I would agree with Texas returning to being a republic. At that point, the US would have violated the treaty (in essence) by which Texas joined. Texas joined with the implicit assumption that the Constitution was part of the deal.

    If anyone is ignorant enough to call me a right wing radical extremist, fire away. Don't let me stop you from being wrong.

    How about the jackboots that were on the SWAT team who raided a retiree's house over an imported car? {google it}
    You think the armed government band that showed up in the first incident at the Bundy ranch in NV was appropriate? {Not referring to everything Bundy has said, but to this one incident.}
    You think the ATF cowboy stunt with the Branch Davidians was good law enforcement? {Howell should have been arrested, make no mistake. But it could have (and had been previously) done without risking the lives of othres.

    Do I have to keep going?

    Is it commmonplace? No. Increasing? Maybe. Can it happen? Yes.

    No I would call that radical extremism at all. IMO, a very well written post and one I can agree with.

    Not a lot I could really add to that, other than this. There are other states just like Texas. We are not alone with what is going on in this country. I for one am not ready to abandon America, or other states that think very much like many Texans do.
