The BCSO is a revolving door of an elected office. Folks don’t want to believe it, but Bexar County and the City of San Antonio politics are such that the only folks who have staying power are corrupt as hell. Susan Pamerleau is probably the last Sheriff I had any modicum for respect for, but she performed poorly as an administrator and used the office as a cooling off between her USAF LE career and appointment as US Marshall for the Western District of Texas.

This county absolute worst of a good old boys club I’ve ever come across; I really do have a hard time voting for anybody in a Bexar County race.
