I have to agree with him in general. I know I am tired of our government policies. This is not what our founding fathers had in mind.

I would like to think that the people in the military and law enforcement are tired of the crap also. I could be wrong, but I think they are Americans also. If nothing else, there will be a bunch of them attacking each other.

I also don't see our military targeting the whole country. Either way, bring it on.

Agreed, I don't see striking targets in the U.S., and the speaker's comments are contradictory to everyone serving I know who are emphatic that they'd never fight against the American people if it came to that. Meh. I'll believe it when I see it, but like Dawico said if it happens--hypothetically speaking--then bring it on. I'll see you all on the battlefield.

Will our military turn on the citizens of the country the were sworn to defend; their own loved ones and friends - I guess his Cornell is a little out of touch or just touched. NOT Gonna Happen!!!
As for LEO's, those bastards may go to war with each other. - LOL!!!!

The U.S. Military will NEVER turn on the American people. They may turn on our socialist government, but the citizenry - NO.

There is brewing a second revolution, but I pray it will be peaceful, and via the ballot box.

One thing we must all remember, particularly when listening to others, like the Youtube "Final Days" - ask for SOURCES for their information. If you return and listen to "Final Days" again, you will see "opinion" stated absent sources for confirmation. What we do not need is additional conspiracy BS. In fact, we do not need "conspiracy" at all...just watch Obama and his socialist midgets...LOL

I've always thought cops would turn on people but the military never would. Two different personality types imho.

How are they two different types? I'm a civilian LEO and i'm Military *two tours overseas.* The only reason LEO's get such a bad rap is that they are allowed to enforce laws on YOU. If the Military was granted the same priveledges you would see the same distaste for them. Don't get me wrong, BOTH seem to have their own good and bad. However, that is the case with EVERY job in our great America.

I don't envy any LEO in the country today. It's a nation of excessive laws, and LEOs are required to enforce them...it's their job. Unfortunately they take the brunt of the public's s**t that ought to be addressed to the legislators that keep passing so many laws.

Reminds me of when I worked at a gas station in high school and people gave us gas attendants worlds of s**t every time gas prices went up, as though we were the ones running the gas company....

The only reason LEO's get such a bad rap is that they are allowed to enforce laws on YOU.

Generally speaking, I'm a law abiding citizen. If and when I get a ticket, I know I was probably in the wrong. I call the lawyer, it gets handled, no big deal. The bad rap they get from me has to do with being bullies, oppressive, and basically Un-American in how they handle people and apply the law to themselves.

On a side note, when I was in the military, I mostly hid behind a paint brush.

watched the movie State of play over the weekend. if you haven't seen it i will try not to give too much of the plot away. it's about a private security contractor, ie blackwater, trying to keep billions of dollars in u.s. contracts. the greatest part of the contract that if they are awarded the contract would be made here in the states. i know it's hollywood but it sure sounds as if it could be possible.
