Well, I really like the McDonalds McRib Sandwich, that's about as authentic as Texas BBQ as it gets.

Our daughter really likes the branch in Roanoke. It’s on our agenda. Decent bbq in dfw is hard to find. Nearly as hard to find as good enchiladas or burgers.

Tender Smokehouse in Celina is supposedly good but I haven't been there yet. I believe one is opening in Frisco soon.
