That really is some impressive work. I can't wait to see the finished product.
    You and me both.

My only regret is that this Grillzebo is not attached to my own private shooting range (not that I have one).
    :asniper:

Got the bathroom floor tiled yesterday.

Going to be working on the Cupolla soffits and facia‘s today. (Hopefully)

The tile floor and it’s roughed out layout, and the tile floor installed and grouted.

    Freshly grouted

    Cleaned up and drying

Found a solution for storage in there had to do a little custom modifications to it to get it to fit. It was a 1.5” too wide.

Finally got around to installing the soffits and facia’s on the Cupolla. Also got the first coat of paint on the Cupolla before the weather hit

I got all the trim pieces for the bathroom cut and ready to install after the grout dries. Those should go in today or tomorrow.

I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel for finishing the bathroom

Filling in the nail holes, staining, install the toilet, finish the plumbing under the sink. Then the bath is done!

    Slight correction:
    Installing floor trim
    Filling in the nail holes
    Seal the grout
    Sanding
    Staining
Installing the over toilet storage cabinet
    Istall the toilet
Finish the plumbing under the sink for the sink, water heater and outside shower ( with freeze protection
Install the 10 pound water heater in the 5 pound sack
    Install the sink
Make it cushion for the bench

Then I am done with the bathroom.

I need to quit posting, I keep making myself more work . . .

Finished the paneling and trim on the ceiling of the cupola. It is ready for sanding and staining.

Also got the cold water supply manifold installed, along with the winter drain valves for the outside shower.

Finished the electrical for the water heater and ran it through a gfic and timer so it is only on when we are using the Grillzebo.

Work has been slow on the Grillzebo lately. The bathroom is at the 95% mark. Still need to finish the catch pan for the water heater and run the drain line outside

You can see it’s getting very crowded under this little sink

Finish trimming out the last header, took a while but it definitely looks nicer with the trim installed.

Still trying to figure out a way to trim out the corners. While I think about that I’ll move on to other projects.

Started on wrapping the legs of the Grillzebo. Painted The original pressure treated legs to protect the wood. I added 1/4” hardiboard over the legs, prior to installing the trim boards. This got my final dimensions correct and helped smooth over some rough spots on the legs.

Also did some additional painting after being shamed by @MountainGirl

Everything will look a lot better once I finish the soffits and facia‘s.

Seeing this has me shaking my head. I have 2 bathroom which includes cleaning toilets. What going on your door to the throne? Classic moon, (backwards moon for women)?
I never thought about that. I may have to find/make a classic moon to put on there.

I’ve been working on the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen area for the Grillzebo the last couple weeks.

    8D519C57-E566-421F-8332-0C663D66A452.jpeg

The sink will go in front of the window so The wife can have a nice view when she’s doing the dishes. :roflfunny:

All the doors and drawers are from the Vevor. Been generally impressed with the quality for the price, and it saves me from trying to make cabinets and drawers.

This is the cooking area, where I will have a Blackstone griddle and a four burner grill.

That is just a scrap piece of countertop that I use for roughing in and checking measurements.

    More cabinets and drawers.

    E4BA28B5-73B9-43B5-B7F1-4202416D934D.jpeg

Just left of the drawer unit the countertops will change from butcher block to tile (we picked the same tile that is used in the pool so it should have some continuity to it ).
This will provide a non-combustible countertop for the grill and griddle.

Tomorrow I will be getting the new grill out of the box to test fit it and make sure I’m not missing anything with my rough-in.
