    Id carry it. 7 shots of stainless beauty, but Id be tempted to put some houge grips and keep the wood ones for display once she retires.

    Beautiful L frame.. I carried a J frame for years, yep, bulky.. and this would be even heavier.. BUT 7 rounds, beautiful DA.. sweet piece..

    what length bbl ya got J, .. had a 6" I sold (foolishly) still have a blue 586 in 4", did put Houge grips on it.. my night stand and BBQ piece..

    If it's gonna be that big they might as well give it a proper 3" barrel for full ejection. The 3" 66 sells for considerably more than any other barrel length for this reason. I also have to wonder why they went with the smooth cylinder, which is going to severely limit holster selection....
