Our twins just keep getting better. They've got about 1K rds through them now.
I've done a full teardown and reassembly of mine, and tweeked the post to make the break a littel more crisp. The post showed two spots where the sear rested. This meant that these spots had the full force of the striker spring pressure on them, thus a much higher force per unit area loading than if the load were distributed across the entire post. By carefully flattening the post face with a diamond hone, the release got very crisp. No stacking at all.
If you're interested in trying an incredible bargin in weaponry, Get a Steyr from CDNN. At $339 + shipping, it's hard to imagine another NIB weapon with this quality. Take a look at the other Steyr-Mannlicher products, rifles, and LEO equipment. Then you'll see what I mean about quality.
