    Our twins just keep getting better. They've got about 1K rds through them now.

    I've done a full teardown and reassembly of mine, and tweeked the post to make the break a littel more crisp. The post showed two spots where the sear rested. This meant that these spots had the full force of the striker spring pressure on them, thus a much higher force per unit area loading than if the load were distributed across the entire post. By carefully flattening the post face with a diamond hone, the release got very crisp. No stacking at all.
