Luny you missed my point. In a civil society we have one govt and 99+% play by the rules. Life is good our streets are clean and safe. But when you have shadow governments, things are not so good. Detroit, Chicago, San Fran, LA, Baltimore and many others across the US there is not one govt rule, its 2. Even in a small E Texas town back in the 60's when I was a LEO, we knew that there were parts of town that we did not go into unless we were called to, those streets were not control by us when the sun goes down.

In the mid 70's in the Army we said that after 1700 hrs there is a new chain of command that takes over. At Ft Hood it was the Black Mafia. IIRC 47% of the soldiers at Ft Hood were Black.

MS 13 operates in every major city in the US today, they are in the drug business and they operate openly.

Racist, not hardly! 1 in 4 Black adult men is a convicted felon, our jails are full of minorities and you can either its because they have violated the law or they were just rounded up by whitey and put in jail for no reason other than color...you make the call.

Since you brought it up: I don't blame blacks or Mexicans for this, the real blame rests in the bloody hands of the Democrats. It was them that created and put them on "Uncle Sam's Plantation" What the Dems have done to the minorities of this country is far worse than the sting of any whip by their masters in pre civil war days. Not only have we given them a free lunch in life, but worse they have got a free education at any school they choose and they pass no matter low they GPA is. The Dems have stripped the dignity and the requirements to stand up on the own in America. We have not judged them by anything but the color of their skin. Had we judged Obama by any standard other than the color of his skin he would have gone to jail and never saw a second term.

The Dems have created the problem we have and IMO it not not and never done by accident, it was done on purpose. Dems come to power thru uncertainty, fear and the lack of a stable civil society which is why they create the problem they say they are trying to solve. Racism is what the Dems have to have in order to rule which is the exact reason why Chicago has a shadow govt...

I was trying to point out that there are plenty of white racists in the Democrat party that contribute to the problem... they project their own internal issues: if they're a closet racist, they have "white guilt" and overcompensate with bad social programs...

Giving people free shit doesn't "lift them up", it keeps them dependent.
