Most places selling products are black market now anyways due to previous FDA regulation that makes it impossible for most businesses to pay the bill to get everything approved. Enforcement never really happened though.

Be as harsh as you want. I haven’t had a cigarette in years. And my vehicles, home, and clothes don’t smell like cigarettes. Way cheaper. And I don’t cough a bunch of crud up every morning.

That said, afaik only USPS will stop shipping vape products due to fed regulation. It had no effect on UPS or FedEx. The main issue is shipping cost will rise.

About the same for me. I tried cold turkey and all the gimmicks to quit for 41 years. In July it will be 11 years since I had a cigarette. To me, vaping was/is a godsend.

I placed an order a couple days ago. Did not see any excise tax added. Same price as two years ago.

Since it was just a nicotine order, it may just have been where I ordered from then. Maybe they just figured on maximizing profit before going under.

What I don’t get is .gov wants to eliminate cigarette and vape trafficking but doesn’t give a shît about the 35 states that allow trafficking in marijuana.

Both UPS and FedX are drop shipping to the nearest post office. That means the post office is delivering some smaller items.
