    Yeah they split up, last episode was brutal! I won't talk much about it, since I don't want to ruin the story for those who haven't caught up.

    Sorry to say, I bailed on WD last season. Too much melodramatic crap, plus the commercial breaks and mood music drove me nuts.

    I think George Romero was right when he said that the WD was basically a soap opera with zombies.
    Romero's dead/zombies were a commentary about society.
    I liked that Governor character. And the best character, Shane, unfortunately was killed off.

    edit that. I have only seen a few episodes from each season, but I think Merle was the best character. He was killed off too.
