    Ed Brown KC-9

    Pro: Same price as DW

    Con: Single stack 9mm

And an Ed Brown in .40 in the same price range.

9mm is not a con. Its older than the .45 by a few years, and despite being on the losing end of 2 world wars, has displaced .45acp, .38spl, .40s&w, 10mm, .357sig, and .45gap amongst others in the hands of serious users is seriously impressive.

There's very little difference between service calibers ballistics wise

But there's a big difference between them capacity, and cost per round wise, and 9mm beats them all there

If you can't hit your target in 8, what makes you think you will in 18?

Lol. Fudd logic. There's simply too many ways to go into how bad that argument is to want to do it, but I'll try.

    #1, .45acp is not a 100% one shot stop.
#2, 9mm is easier and cheaper to shoot, which means it's easier to become more proficient with in a given amount of time, for less money
#3, maybe I don't want, or need, to hit my target 8 times? Hitting the target 20 or more times is far more impressive

"If you can't hit a deer wit 5 rounds watchu gonna do wit 30?" Said several gun store owners that didn't get my money
