One of the strangest concerts I ever saw was (believe it or not) The Beach Boys. Brian Wilson had more or less got his meds straightened out and they were doing the Help Me Rhonda tour. First problem was that they didn't want to play any of their old stuff (that NEVER goes well with the crowd). Then, a coed rushed onto the stage and tried to kiss the musicians. When she ran towards Brian Wilson, he absolutely freaked out! Everyone else saw a cute young chick - apparently he saw some demon from hell. A HUGE stage hand hauled her off stage. About 5 minutes later, another chick got up on stage and ran straight to Brian. This time he REALLY freaked out. They stopped the concert and said if it happened again they would leave. They all talked a little bit, and then I guess to quiet the crowd they started playing some of their older, better known songs.
