Basically they appear to be threatening airsoft and airguns with coming under new kinds of regulations by redefinitions and reclassifications that could potentially decimate the industry.

My son just got into airsoft. I've been impressed with some of the airsoft guns I have tried. Tons of fun in the backyard and woods behind the house.

Yep. I have a friend who ran an airsoft retail company over there with her husband. The way the industry was being over-regulated and criminalized was a major reason they immigrated to the US...but the market here was so saturated they switched gears and went into a real firearms business. Now they teach concealed carry classes in Nevada.
