Yep, our subdivision entrances haven't flooded yet.
Sheriffs are checking licenses of all wanting to pass through, stopping everyone that doesn't live here.
At least that's what I was told.
Went to work this morning. I hate thevretards that come in a grocery store & expect everything to be fully stocked! I had to adjust the attatudes of a couple of bridge troll crackheads on the way home @ 610 & South Main. One of them pointed at another vehicle & snarled then did the same to me so i reved the engine & popped the clutch sending them scurrying. Yelled @ them to GTF out of my way as I made my turn.
My Wife told me that the HEB in south College Station has been hit hard, been completely cleared out of fresh produce. As soon as she told me big ! and ? hovered about my head. I thought when you are preparing for disaster you were supposed to stock up on canned and dry goods not fresh. I went to our nearest grocery store this morning and they seemed to be well stocked with everything except bottled water, even then they still had plenty of distilled and carbonated. I just came indoors after grilling some fajitas and sausages. At the moment it is like a typical British summer day outside.
Still high and dry over here.
I'm cocked and locked but no looters have presented themselves as targets so far. The bayou is swolen but still in its banks.
