Judging wind is almost impossible where I shoot. I've packed my stuff up and went to the house many times from the frustration of it. But, I learn from it most of the time. Sometimes I just lay there saying to myself "what the hell is going on". The echo out off the caprock is cool. It goes forever it seems like. I was hoping the videos turned out good. It's harder to see on a smaller screen.i guess in wind mill country you always have to deal with wind. Nice shooting. The sound from the suppressor out to where the bullet has some flight time sounds pretty cool ... i guess its the sound hitting the hill & bouncing back to the speaker on the recording device?
Yes... very calm. I wanted to fling lead badly. But by the time I got home and attended to my "have to's". The sun was setting and I was ready to sit down. This weather has me happy as a calm though
I hope it works out. 1,000yrds sure is fun.
