    Next time around i am thinking im going to have a TGT members only little get together jsut outside the New Braunfels, and see if we cant bag some quail. it is on my mom's property, and i didnt think shed be ok with it until iw as menitoning to ehr about this forum and she actually brought it up and offered.. jsut as long as we dont have 100 people or something it will be jsut fine.
    we had tons of dove this year, but alas i didnt make it out there as i miss a key ingredient to dove hunting still.
    a good 12ga.
    next year ill gbe in gear, and you guys will be welcome. i do the organizing next year if anyone is interested.

    so... what do ya'll think? who thinks its worth it?
    i'll be out there either way becasue it is free!

    Last time I went dove hunting I used a .410 and shot more dove then the 2 guys with 12g that laughed at my double barrel super squirrel killer

    Cool idea man! I'm down. And I used to use a single shot 20 ga and I can shoot doubles with it still. just get you an 870 or a Mossberg 12 or 20 and you'll be in the action next year.

    By that time (actually end of this year) I'll be retired and would love to make the trip. As small bores go........I have an older Remington Model 1100 Auto in 28 ga. and it has taken more birds than I would dare to count.
