Took My class: 03-21-09
Forgot about it and mailed it sometime in the latter half of June..15th or 20th I think???
Got my letter with PIN: 07-16-09 (on the day I received the letter, status showed Processing Application)

I read through you guys' entire post last night and did the quick math,assuming DPS received the packet on 07/16/09, plus 3 months min.,OK I should have it in October......
....guess I was wrong!!
Which is good that I was wrong though.... there's a valuable lesson here, always set your standards low so you will never be let down.....except for women...
