Tripod Adapter

I'm looking for a tripod adapter for my Docter 15x60's. I would prefer the 2 piece adapter going from the off-center mounting thread to a center hole mounting thread. If anyone knows where i can find one, or knows of another setup that works well please let me know. Thanks
