Academy - Tristar Products C-100 9mm Pistol

Picked one up today at Academy. I was impressed with the quality for such an inexpensive gun. SA is very crisp, DA is a little gritty.

$329 plus tax. Not sure of the total, other junk on the receipt.
They had more, and a full size one as well. 1604/Potranco.

It really has a sweet fit and finish. Haven't had the chance to shoot it yet though.

If I could find a threaded barrel somewhere, I'd get a CZ75 of some sort with a quickness. Sold my witness 10mm a while back. Best feeling grip of almost any gun I've ever owned.

I like our EAA B6P compact 9mm, another CZ clone. Good shooting gun, was impressed first time out at the range and what it did for CHL range qualifier. Fed it Aguila 115 FMJ, about 150 rounds, at the range, don't remember what the CHL ammo was, provided by the class.

I have a Canik Dolphin... Stupid name, but a nice gun for the price. I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to buy all the made in Turkey stuff you want now before the country shuts down

Nice grouping, low and left about 2"' which could be me. I'm still not used to the wider grips on these "spray and pray" hi caps.

August 2013 American Rifleman has a write-up on this exact gun. Quite favorable overall. I concur
