Actually, it looks like the storm is moving more towards Louisiana, and it might not amount to anything more than just another summer downpour. That would be a good thing in my mind. I'm kinda fond of my house and really don't want it under water.

The tropical storm has came and went.
No big deal, a small event.
It pissed a little and made some mud, But pretty much it was a dud.

Here in Odessa I watered the ground with the hose in honor of Houston's Tropical Storm of 2017. Of course a half hour later it was dry.

Thanks for the eyes on the ground update guys. This Pasadena Texas boy is in Germany and wondering how his dogs, house and house sitter are doing. It's good to hear it was a non-event. I can relax and drink a few beers in Bavaria knowing I have a place to come home to.
