boxes upon boxes of classified documents at his house. It was also reported that he was told to give
them back so the documents could be reviewed to make sure he didn't have any top secret documents.
He refused to return any of them even when the feds went to his house 3 (three) times. All that happened

There’s a major difference here, Trump had documents that a president could declassify, Biden had documents that he had from his senate days (he must have stashed them in his pants when he stole them) and from his VP days when he could not declassify anything. Pence could have been charged too. Senator with classified documents means it came from that locked room where they are allowed to read them.
