    I have never turkey hunted before, and want to try my hand at it this Spring. Anyone have any good recommendations, based on personal experience, for an outfitter/guide service, preferably within 5-6 hours of Houston?

    You mean I have done something you haven't, will wonders never cease, of course this would probably be the only thing, lol....


    ETA: Of course it was only when out deer hunting after killing a Buck, just drove around till we saw some, just like the deer.

    I've seen plenty of turkeys on "the" ranch, but you know what i am talking about when i say they are off limits.
