I have two Herter's wire cutters with .308 inserts, used to cut bullet cores for bullet swaging. One is in VG condition, the other has some discoloration from rust but functions perfectly and adjusts easily. Traded as a lot, only. Trade value of $110; will trade for 1 thousand small rifle or pistol primers, or two unopened pounds of a powder that I can use. Looking for medium-slow pistol powders, or fast-medium rifle powders.
