    Homeowner Shoots, Kills Burglary Suspect - Houston News Story - KPRC Houston
    MISSOURI CITY, Texas --
    A homeowner shot a burglar to death inside his Missouri City house Monday, officials said.
    The homeowner said he was home when two men came to his front door and knocked. Since he did not recognize them, he didn't answer, he said.

    A short time later, one of the men knocked on the back door before kicking it in, investigators said.The homeowner said he grabbed his deer rifle and ordered the burglar to stop. The man then turned around with a pistol in his hand, the homeowner said, so the homeowner fired once.

    Harris County investigators said Marcial Silva, 17, and two other teens broke out a window, grabbed a flat-screen TV and tools before they were confronted by Madison.

    Deputies said Madison opened fire, killing Silva and critically wounding another teenager.

    Well the Green Berets Motto is "Kill Them All and Let God Sort Them Out". Like the other day that guy killed one and wounded the other. Well the other is just going to go back and do it again. I would taken the bastard out. Must have bumped his head when he fell officer.

    It is too bad that these shootings will only reduce the amount of burglers by two or three. I would think people (criminals) would realize it might be time for a change of lifestyle when they hear of this type of thing, but it usually does not.
