    Let them keep moving 100 yards at a time till they find that spot no one sees them at. Or if they get sick of picking up and moving well then find a damn job and pay rent.

    We will continue to have a "homeless problem of historically epic proportions" until "homelessness stops being viewed by its participants as easier than holding down an entry-level job". In other words, society has made doing nothing easier than doing something, so the homeless population continues to grow and will until people stop providing hand-outs.
