Did you hear that one of his shots actually went down the barrel of the robbers shotgun! Damn, that explains where the robbers gun was pointed, and good shooting under pressure.

He's screwing up talking to the media. STHU and get a lawyer.

    +1,000,000.

Remember the pharmacist in Cali who shot the two thugs trying to rob him? He was a hero until he bragged about it to the media. Then he was charged with murder. Whether you did it legally or not, it's best to keep as low a profile as possible if you ever bust a cap in an ass.

Library of law books behind him.

Man sitting next to him in a suit, pile of documents in a folder not talking, but real close.

    Set up press conference.

I think it's obvious he is lawyered up, and acting on advice of counsel.

He is getting out in front of public opinion, hoping that the favorable public outcry will get the handgun charges dropped. If the media gets a chance to make him a marauding gun-toting wild man on a mission to blast however gets in his way, he is screwed.

LOL, why did dead boy bring an unloaded shotgun?! Does he think that he won't get charged with armed robbery if it's not loaded?

I guarantee that losers out there will make a big deal about the shotgun being unloaded. Fortunately, it doesn't matter - if someone points a shotgun at you, it's a reasonable assumption in this kind of situation that it's loaded and that the guy swinging it over your way plans on cutting you in half with it.

A weapon is a weapon not matter if it's loaded or unloaded, sharp or dull.
Threaten me with anything and you get fucked up!
Show up with a couple of buddies acting like punks and all of them will get the shit beat out of them.
I dont care what method someone uses to cause me harm, I will still treat them all the same.
I wouldnt kill anyone for simply trying to kick my ass, but im going to have fun doing what I do.
I have had people pull weapons on me before, I didnt kill em. " Not sayin I wont, I just never have".
People have to make their own decission about being threatened. "If you feel like you have to shoot some SOB, im fine with that". It was your decission, not mine.

Ahhh. I didn't watch it. Opened the vid and clicked on another tab. Heard the audio and thought it was a bad idea to be talking to the press. He has charges pending, so I still think talking to the press can backfire on him no matter if he has counsel. JMHO.

Talking to the press can be a good idea in that situation, too. His shoot is an obviously good shoot, he seems like a nice enough guy... Get that image out to the public and they prosecutor is going to worry about keeping his job if he pursues this. ;)
