Does anyone have experience with the Ultradyne Apollo S muzzle brake? You can get them for $95 on Midway right now. I'm looking into getting a brake for my Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor, and this looks like a good choice. I'd also be interested in any suggestions within the same price range.

Never heard of Ultradyne until now. I have Brileys on my .500 S&W and .300wby but you are stepping up to the $225-$275 price range. Well worth it IMO. Toned my .300wby down to about that of a .243. The blast shield generated by the rear ports make them very friendly to optics, particularly those with a short barrel like a pistol.

Disclaimer: I haven’t fired it yet.

When I was procuring parts for my 6.5CM build I went with a large JP Enterprise one. From the competition line, I believe. That was based on the reviews I read and the fact I wanted something similar in size to my barrel profile which is .936. I picked mine up on sale at the same price point you’re looking.
