UPS making Cutbacks?

This has to suck, either this guy lost his Drivers license or UPS is making cutbacks. This was taken this morning, what a way to spend Christmas eve working.

Yeah I figure they deployed a few of these out in the neighborhood toknock it out faster, but it is still funny to me.

I think it is an effort to deliver packages in a small area more efficiently. This was recently spotted in SA...

Either that or they are temporary help for the holidays.

They can deliver my revolver early, no matter what mode of transportation they use. It is coming all the way from Oklahoma, I think they are delivering it by foot.
