Really, the law says there are things the CIA/military can do that don't require notice to anyone?Under the law, the source explained, "There was no longer a legal requirement to report the operation to Congress. All they had to do now is just do it — but it still had to be secret.
Probably the same way we do other operations that are kept secret. Not that I have any idea if it were Navy divers or not though.Really, the law says there are things the CIA/military can do that don't require notice to anyone?
Well, as FBI emails claim Christian/Catholic are right wing extremists, guess that is true. Opps, they got the SPLC writings mixed up.
Hersh talks to technical people, finds what it would take to do the job and makes it 'truth'. How do you 'sign up' Navy divers to do something like that? And keep it silent?

Yes. But last I checked T1 ops don’t get booked thru Congress as was claimed. Nor do any .mil ops for that matter. The chain of command is combatant commander - NCA (POTUS or SECDEF depending on what’s been delegated).Really, the law says there are things the CIA/military can do that don't require notice to anyone?
