Used 4-wheeler - assessing / determining a value before buying

Just wanna say, I don't mean anything bad against the seller. He may just not realize what can happen when an engine sits for that long, and many other parts for that matter.

That is kinda what I am thinking. He just wants to get something for it but in reality he should give Curtis the wheeler and $500. It definitely isn't in the same condition as when it was parked. I have always had more trouble from vehicles that sat more than they were driven.

A long-haired, hippie type biker / co-worker that was NOT the 4-wheeler buyer said after draining the tank and adding some fresh gas it started with a little coercion. The buyer was not around during the conversation. SHIT!

Three circles (Mickey) are upside down. Its a club. Spade is missing from the end of the circle. Diamond is on top of the square. Duh.
