They did nothing to “normalize” the data (raw numbers on licenses, not per capita).

Mixed fruit, as 8 states still prohibit suppressor ownership.

Also noticed that each state is accompanied by a photo showing self proclaimed militia men decked out in full garb, or children with guns, or armed protestors, or trial lawyers holding a firearm in a murder trial, and confiscated illegal weapons. Definitely attempting to cast a bad light on gun owners.

Title of thread should be split, "Useless CBS," true that, and "(Misleading) Analysis of Gun Ownership." CBS is well known as rabidly anti-gun, just watch any of their LE themed shows featuring bad LE tactics and enforcement, and "gun runners," mad bombers, reckless gun owners, etc.

As for this "Analysis," it merely ranks NFA ownership, not even "firearms" ownership, as suppressors are included.
