Wish I had the same luck. Sent a rifle to Montana out of the Melissa USPS office on 2/12 with priority guarantee to deliver 2/17. Last the postmaster could tell it is still sitting in Coppell and no status updates.

    Yep. FedEx is terrible.
I have a handgun returning to me after factory repair.
They 2nd day shipped it last Monday. Still not here.
I'm diligently watching tracking but its doing the same thing as the USPS. Its here, then there, then over there. Sheeeeeesh.
Today it shows to be in Cypress, TX at least.

Right now Fedex is swamped. Rx of perishable drugs sent overnight from pharmacy in KS sat in DFW-FTW for 4 days and then it was delivered yesterday and the meds were destroyed. Should have been an overnight delivery. Over $800 gone, fortunately the drug company will replace. Fedex told us that the storm has everything backlogged and on top of that the covid vaccines have them swamped. Not much one can say.

This is timely. I just got my hunting jacket yesterday after zero updates for 2 weeks. My wife’s birthday present also arrived today and it’s 2 weeks overdue. Snovid and continuous storms in the big sky states are not helping. I did open research cases and I think that helped

To be fair, I sent something back to Oregon last Monday and it got there thursday via usps. It’s not all doom and gloom with them. It’s not looking good either. They wanted more business to sustain their existence. Covid hit and volume went up. They couldn’t handle it. Not sure where they need to strike that balance

    Not where you are
    Fed x 4mil pkgs a day.
So overall they do a decent job.
The freeze etc caused huge back up.
I guess most here have no cluse whats involved getting your shit from a to b in a day or two.

If you did you would not be so quick to get all pissy cuz your pkg was delayed.

Fedx ups usps all things considered do rather well most often.
