    I would not expect Jerry Brown to fix this awful situation until he successfully completes at least a "one man parade."

    SecDef has ordered Federal efforts to collect on this to stop. Pentagon doesn't want to, claiming that it will set a bad precident. Seems to me, a contract is a contract. I wonder how California and the NG Bureau are going to make whole the people who have taken out loans, sold their possessions or were put into collections as a result of this.
