Loved Victoria, lived there during WWII....Patty Welder Jr. High, Troop 104 BSA, delivered the Victoria Advocate every day after school...Were two Army Air Bases, Aloe Field and Foster Field...War ended, Pop's Civilian job played out at Aloe Field, we moved. I remember food rathioning there, could buy meat on "Dutch Lane" (Juan Linn St.)
