I have looked and cannot find that legislation, popoff does not give one, in fact they give very little info on anything. If you have it or a bill #, link anything I would appreciate it...My guess is that the bill has died in committee, Harry Weed said he lacked the votes for it to pass...

Sorry, maybe I was not clear, I get that also, but I want is to see the legislation, read the congressional bill and see what it says. There is NO bill in Congress by this name, so I pulled up all the guns bills and that is what I posted. That was also my question, what is the bill number, is there a link to it or something, I cannot find anything.
