These are some exciting/scary times right now! Between us dropping the MOAB smackdown in the middle east, and now things possibly popping off with North Korea - maybe we shouldn't have downsized our military after all. Now, we have a carrier battle group heading to NK, Chinese and Russian spy ships in tow, and the word I'm hearing as of this afternoon is the Nimitz and Reagan carrier groups are gearing up to deploy next week to provide support off NK.

I used to give the fleeters a lot of crap, but it is an awesome time to be in the fleet right now.

Here is my war watch. It says it's almost lunch time and I am hungry.

If we have to kick some butt we can still do that. Might even draft a few commy snowflakes to help us this time around. Don't worry. We will promise them plenty of participation trophies.

Well as of today the "armada" is still on maneuvers off Singapore.

I am hopeful things will calm down. I think China is realizing its not in their interest to maintain NK as a stick to poke the US and that there is real danger for conflict now.
