    They do it every 6 months, when I was living in hurricane country I would buy a pallet from them every year and split it between my home, my parents home and my cousins house.

    Shallow source suction? I swear, if I had a way to catch and save all the water flowing down the curb in front of my house from uphill neighbors overwatering their lawns in the summer, I'd have an unlimited supply of grey water for every use...

    Like my hoa will go for that

    ...but I don't think my HOA would like it, either. ;)
