I was wondering if anyone here has used canister powder WC 852 for loading the .308. I was told that I should use data for H380, and have been working up loads. I'm a half grain under the max load shown for H380, and am still getting low chrono numbers. I don't have a problem going on up, as I've not noticed signs of high pressure, but I was just curious if anyone else noticed the need for larger charge weights using the WC powder.
I should be able to get 2400-2500 fps with my 165gr bullet, but my last loads only produced 2050. To me, this indicates I can go quite a bit higher with my loads, judiciously, of course.

    I forgot to add, it's a 16" barrel....
