    Well, we are talking about a high level executive that is nearing retirement. He has been with us for over 35 years and this is a new problem that we are looking to 'nip in the bud'. He is a well educated, intelligent, and profitable employee. We are not looking for a reason to let him go. He isn't good with computers or anything else involving electronics.....I think he got a little excited at the ease of access. Now, access denied.

    I'm going to give my two sense in and voice that they may have the right to manage their property...but I believe there may be a first ammendment issue here with 'freedom of the press'
