I am a Weber fanboy. Does anyone else love their Weber kettle grill? Last weekend I did some baby back ribs. Rubbed with Rudy's rub and cooked low and slow.

Coming along real good. Time for a little Rudy's sauce.

    Time to dig in!

It's too warm now for a good beef stew but in cooler weather it sure is tasty. Cooked in cast iron just makes it even better.

Everything assembled and going on the grill.

Just a boring picture to fill in space.

    And it's done. Good stuff!

I own three Webers the 18", the 22" has a permanent rotisserie attachment. I also have a 26" Weber. I use the 18" most of the time cooking on it for me and the wife. I use the 22" to put about 8lbs of chicken wings in this basket rotisserie. The 26 " hasn't been used yet. I have Grill Grates in all of them.

I’ve got a 22” Weber kettle I use often, it’s a base model I got cheap years ago, I need to step up to a performer or whichever are the ones with the ash catcher below, those look nice!

I use a vortex on mine and can turn out some pretty mean chicken wings! I grill on the Webber, use a turkey frier for anything with my cast iron and smoke anything else.

Looks damn good mate! I'm a pellet guy, but love all things BBQ.

Would like to play/spend more time Q'ing. But my kids are little. My time is precious on the weekends. I don't have time to babysit a smoker when I'm chasing kids and the to-do list.
Priorities first, spend time with those kids. Enjoy them, they will be adults in the blink of an eye.

Picture just loaded of that beef stew..... DAMN! Looks awesome man. You get much heat outta those jal's?

Those were banana peppers. But I sure do love my jalapenos.

I have a Weber kettle but I don't get the chance to use it much. I do like how easy gas is to cook on. I do want to try smoking a brisket or ribs using the snake method which I have not done before.

As a kid we belonged to a recreation club that was old strip mines that were reclaimed. Hobo potatoes were a pretty common thing if we were spending a long day or over nighting there. Never once made in a skillet rather in foil & many a time they were cooked on the car enging on the way there.
