    For those interested, Chuy's has the best chicken fajita salad. On the Border has the worst. I had it at every Mexican rest in my area.

    I've heard some say they don't like Chuys, but its consistent wherever you eat it at.

    D, pm and txt inbound about hunting hogs.

    Lunch was two turkey hotdogs with spicy mustard and mucho romaine leaves instead of bread. Washed down with 60/40 cashew milk/almond chocolate milk. 140 calories for the dogs, 70 for the milk.

    This thread is good for motivation.

    I get it without the baked flour tortilla bowl

    I have a Rosas near me. I will try it sometime.

    In the past I only go there for taco Tuesdays.

    Rosa's calls it the Fiesta Chicken Salad
    I get it without the taco bowl
    It's got a side of guac and sour cream and fajita chicken
    Not bad and only about 570 calories
    They also have some fat free raspberry dressing that's good on it

    Yesterday I hit the scale and made the 30 lb weight loss milestone after 83 days. I spent two weeks in Los Angeles on business and did not stray from the Keto diet but also stayed completely stale on weight loss or gain. I think my metabolism was screwed up by the time difference, the plane flights etc. Got home on 3/29 still at 204 as when I left, and then immediately lost 3 lbs in 5 days once I got home.

    Now at 201 and counting.....

    Don’t worry about a few pounds here and there. Sorry if it’s to much info, but you can lose a couple pounds with one good movement.

    I’ll bet ZX loses 15 pounds over the course of a day :)

    Congratulations.

    What I found, regardless of the diet, is when I plateau on weight loss, I don't eat breakfast until after 16 - 18 hours after supper the night before ... intermittent fasting.

    Just a couple of days of that kicks the weight loss back in for me.

    It can be done. Not if you are with a group of friends/family. If with a group you will gorge on chips.

    You got that right, deemus and I tore up some El Salvadoran (fancy mescan food) yesterday at Gloria’s. Wasn’t no salad for damn sure :)

    Wish I’d ordered what D had. It sure looked good.

    Intermittent fasting has a lot of good benefits.

    No breakfast, lunch was 60/40 choc almond milk/cashew milk and meat & cheese wraps with celery and a touch of pine nut hummus.

    Wraps were prosciutto & swiss, really, REALLY tasty.
